Atsushi Amemiya (fiddle) is from Japan and has lived in the United States since 1992. He picked up an interest in the Irish fiddle in 2000, and loves to attend Irish sessions in and around NYC, not only to hear good music, but to observe and learn from playing with more advanced musicians. He prides himself in being able to remember a large variety of Irish traditional music. Atsushi currently resides in Jersey City, and works as an Engineer.
